Over 2 million people are at risk of starvation in Gaza. A direct result of the siege of Gaza that prevents trucks of international aid from entering. When aid is available, sites are used to target Palestinians - hundreds murdered while trying to access food.
Scandalously, the Albanese government has been caught out again lying about their arms trade with Israel.
Despite claims to the contrary, leaked documents have revealed an Australian company has been supplying F-35 fighter jet parts directly to Israel. Additionally, an FOI request has revealed that the Albanese government signed and vetted all stages of a $900 million contract with Israeli arms manufacturer Elbit Systems, which manufactures drones used to K*ll Palestinians in Gaza.
Seeking to divert attention from its complicity with Israel’s Gaza genocide, the Albanese government has backed a report by arch Zionist and antisemitism envoy Jillian Segal that proposed a widespread crackdown on protests.
The Special Envoy’s Plan to Combat Antisemitism proposes that all levels of government adopt the widely discredited IHRA definition of antisemitism, which has been used to silence legitimate criticism of Israel and Zionism.
It advocates surveillance, censorship, and punitive control over the funding of cultural and educational institutions: measures straight out of Trump’s authoritarian playbook.
We need to gather in our numbers to demand our government take action NOW. We demand:
- Sanctions be placed on Israel
- An immediate 2-way arms embargo
- Expulsion of the Israeli ambassador
- An end to the bombing and aid to be let in
- the government repudiates the Special Envoy’s Plan and sacks Special Envoy Jillian Segal
