HOWDY SCHWEETIES! It’s time for…A MENTAL HEALTH UPSKILLING! This time we are very lucky to be receiving a talk from the Doctor’s Health Advisory Service (DHASWA) on various different topics like burnout, anxiety and perfectionism. As sem 2 starts up and you have to hit the books, this is a perfect opportunity to learn some strategies to cope with the pressure! The talk will last for about an hour and then we have some activities run by our coords for further fun learning. And of course you will be provided with free dinner…😉😉
