Community Rates Drop-In Sessions

The Customer Experience Team and the Rates Team will host community drop-in sessions at Stirling Libraries.

In these sessions, the team will guide you through the rates portal sign-up process, assist with concession card enquiries, and provide real-time rates support.

Please note the following dates and times that drop-in sessions will be held:

- Tuesday 5 August | 11.00am – 1.00pm | Stirling Libraries – Osborne
- Thursday 7 August | 11.00am – 1.00pm | Stirling Libraries – Karrinyup
- Monday 11 August | 11.00am – 1.00pm | Stirling Libraries – Scarborough
