Certified Lego® Serious Play® Change Facilitator (Perth)

Lego® Serious Play® is a world recognized hands on technique for facilitating the exploration of challenges, using unique approaches with inclusive groups as they tackle the ups and downs of personal and professional development opportunities.

This workshop will focus on building your skills as a Lego® Serious Play® (LSP1.0) facilitator.

In day 1 you will be introduced to the benefits of the approach and learn the three core elements of LSP: challenge, build and share for individual, group and connected building. We will also explore the needs for clarity of challenge and using LSP to help define that challenge as well as potential for coaching and facilitating others through change.

In day 2 you will learn how to apply the day 1 learning through practical application of the learning as well as define a workshop and practice facilitating an activity individually and with others. Certification will be awarded to attendees who complete the workshop content and successfully deliver a short, facilitated workshop event at the end of Day 2.

All attendees will go away with an information booklet and guide for undertaking LSP themselves and a Lego Exploration pack.
