Come and join me in a beautiful Breathwork session to help release what no longer serves you.
No prior experience needed—just come as you are with an open mind.
I will guide you through a Conscious Connective Breathwork Journey.
The session will go for 1.5 hours, where I will incorporate Breath, Movement, Conscious Emotional Expression, Bodywork, Sound and Meditation.
This technique is an holistic approach used to Reduce Stress, For Trauma Healing, Increase Body Awareness, Emotional Release, Improve Resilience, Enhance Mental Clarity and to Support Personal Growth.
Please wear something comfortable, bring a water bottle, blanket for comfort, journal if you would like to write about your journey and an open mind.

Breathwork is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, high glaucoma, retinal detachment, uncontrolled high blood pressure, significant recent physical injury, severe mental illness, seizure disorders or persons using major medication.
