Flip flop and fly!

Get ready to swing high with an air steps class designed to get you in the air!

We'll be conditioning and training your body to do the epic moves of Lindy Hop, the ones you only see on YouTube.

Achieve the commanding heights that only Lindy Hop can give.

Make sure you have a partner if you want to join. For safety reasons you must have a certain level of fitness to do this class.
