Join me for a beautiful day retreat in the rural location of Holland House in Cropthorne.

The theme of the day is serenity; embracing the calm and quiet of the autumn/winter seasons. Exploring yoga, intention, divination, sound meditation, face yoga, mindful walking in nature, cacao and conscious dance.

A nourishing two course lunch and beverages will be provided throughout.
