Sacred Spaces: The Body as a Garden

Join us for our July Sacred Spaces. We'll gather around the theme of wellness and explore the idea of tending to our bodies and minds as gardens. Body & Sol will guide participants through a light yoga flow, and then we'll enter into guided conversation and journaling where we’ll root into our bodies and sit in reflection with our inner selves.

On the beautiful grounds of 577 Foundation, participants will immerse themselves in nature as they reflect on what parts of them feel grounded, what needs nurturing, and how they can bloom. Each person will also create an affirmation jar to take home.
