Community Instructor: Pam Bortz
Pam Bortz is a retired surgical RN, an active Massage Therapist for 30 years, and a certified Yoga and Sound Therapist . Her love of nursing and massage led her to notice how many people had difficulty with simple movements that could make their bodies feel better, younger, and more comfortable. Pam has been practicing yoga most of her life and has taught it for the past 18 years, where her goal is to help others be comfortable in their bodies with movement, appreciate the calmness the breath can give, and attain the deep meditative mind that connects the full picture of a Yoga practice.
