Community Instructor: Sammi Dougherty
Sammi is a passionate educator and Ohio-based mixed-media artist; whose surreal, nature-inspired paintings blend intricate patterns with symbolic imagery to promote mental well-being. Sammi draws inspiration from her deep connection to nature, and her work invites viewers to explore themes of mindfulness, imagination, and personal reflection. She holds an MFA in drawing and watercolors, and has been teaching at the collegiate level for 9 years.
