Incense: Burn Your Botanicals!

Humans have been using botanicals for myriad purposes for generations. Burning herbs, resins, barks, and spices is an age-old practice across the globe. Many people are unaware that its use for was anything other than a good smell.

Learn why it is so universal to burn botanicals and about many types across the globe. In this workshop, students will make two types; a loose incense to burn on charcoal and a kepet-style from Egypt. Recipes and charcoal included to continue the fun at home!
