Perham Housing Symposium

The City of Perham invites local partners to a Housing Symposium focused on understanding community needs and advancing local housing solutions. This event will feature a review of Perham’s newly completed housing study and needs analysis, a State of Rural presentation from the Center for Rural Policy and Development, and updates from Otter Tail County and the Perham EDA. The symposium will explore real-world development perspectives and opportunities through local insights and discussion. This is a chance for community leaders, developers, employers, and partners to align around data, trends, and next steps for housing in Perham and the surrounding region.
