Shaan is one of the youngest and leading pioneers in the dance music industry in India. At a young age of 15 he made his debut at Sunburn Festival in Goa, to become at that time the youngest person to play a music festival. From there things only got bigger and bigger. This created a massive interest in Shaan globally landing him a record deal with Armada Music & a slot at Tomorrowland. DJ Shaan became the FIRST Indian to ever play Tomorrowland, and land his first major remix for Steve Aoki & Louis Tomlinson which is growing larger than 1.5m streams! In 2018 Shaan signed with Virgin EMI, making him the first ever dance artist from India to sign to a major label globally and in 2019 signed with Republic Records. This opened a new avenue for Shaan and a whole new world into the major label music industry. DJ Shaan with Virgin EMI & Republic has released multiple singles like ‘Paradise’ ‘Must Be Love’ ‘Work It Out’ and ‘By Heart’. DJ Shaan landed a remix for Akon’s famous Bananza becoming the most streamed official remix with 3.6M and growing! That’s not it all, DJ Shaan has also remixed Calum Scott and Naughty Boy, hitting 2m+ streams. DJ Shaan through this leap has been supported by major radio stations like Sirius XM, C89.5, Nexus Dance and more!
