September 11th Memorial Service hosted by Pequannock UNICO (FREE)

The Pequankock UNICO annual September 11th memorial service will be extra special this year so please plan to join us!

One of our Troop 144 Boy Scouts, Damien Jiosi, renovated the memorial site for his Eagle Scout project! We are thrilled with how the site now presents — new lighting, a new and raised stone presentation pedestal for the steel beam, new landscaping and a full cleaning and renovation of the the bricks and benches.

The service includes local fire and police departments, veterans from American Legion and VFW, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, pastors and priests from local churches, musicians, singers and presentations and stories from local civic leaders

Thank you, Damien! Fantastic work on behalf of our community and this important site honoring all who perished on 9/11.
