Homemade Pasta & Sauces Cooking Class with Chef Antonio

Learn to make pasta from scratch, including long-cut fettuccine, and filled pastas such as tortellini and ravioli. You will then move on to creating the three Italian Mother Sauces—red, white, and green, the three colors of the Italian flag.

With these basic skills, you will have the foundational knowledge and technique to create any traditional Italian pasta dishes your taste buds desire!

• Fettuccine Bolognese (Meat sauce)
• Tortellini ai Funghi (Cheese filled with Wild Mushroom Sauce)
• Linguine Puttanesca (Tomato Caper Sauce)
• Homemade Lasagna (Two sauces)

Your experience begins with a pre-class social hour in Sala Del Vino. You'll be greeted with a complimentary pour of our featured wine. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the class.

This cooking class is $90/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with wine and appetizers.

* A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
