November Sourdough Bread Making

101 Sourdough. Hands on workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of sourdough. From feeding starter to fermenting, shaping and baking your own bread.
What's included? You will learn the whole sourdough process, your own beginners guide, receive a jar of active sourdough starter, mixing bowl, a dough that you will make in class to take home for you to bake, and support.

Workshop will be at the Peosta Community Centre Kitchen: Access through the back of the building, 2nd floor.
