Sangha Meeting and Practice

Join us for a sangha meeting! These meetings are open to the public and to anyone of any faith, religion, or belief, whether you are interested in becoming a Buddhist or just curious and want to learn more!

Sangha meetings will begin with a 15 minute guided meditation, followed by a dharma talk and sharing.

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.
2nd Sunday: Dharma Talk
3rd Sunday: Five Mindfulness Trainings Recitation
