Join Jenny Mitchell, also known as Mama Agapé, for a deeply immersive Sound Bath Meditation featuring 432Hz Chakra-Tuned Crystal Singing Bowls and Solfeggio Frequency Tuning Pipes, designed to support your nervous system, soften your energy field, and bring the body into resonance with healing frequencies.

As a highly experienced energy healer and spiritual facilitator, Mama Agapé does not follow a fixed script. She reads the energetic shifts of the room intuitively, adjusting how and what she plays in real time. The result is a sound experience that’s entirely attuned to the unique frequency and needs of the group.

Throughout the space, colored ambient lighting will create an additional layer of vibrational support, bathing the room in color energy as sound weaves through your system.

You’ll also be invited to anoint your third eye and heart center with intuitively selected sacred oils chosen by Mama Agapé the day of the session supporting your breath, your body, and your deeper spiritual access during the sound bath.
