Moon Phase Sound Bath w Hannah

It is a gentle but powerful meditation that uses the healing vibrations of sound.
Crystal singing bowls and other instruments will be played while you take rest, allowing your body to enter a state of receiving and healing as you come into awareness of your own cosmic alignment.
We will have an altar set up if you would like to bring any personal items to be charged during the bath.It is truly a unique experience! Bring all the cozies and dress for comfort: wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring any blankets and pillows to keep you cozy.
