Mom and Daughter Know Your Body Workshop

Because starting at the beginning is best!
Because no one should go thru life not knowing the important stuff!
Because it's your body and you should know ALL the things about it!

We just want to help give women and budding ladies more information about their anatomy, their menstrual cycles, what's common versus normal for PMS and menstrual symptoms.

We will also discuss young athletes and their bodies, healthy body image, and some foundational info on your hormonal changes. Come discuss this in a safe space with our pelvic health physical therapist Amy Vander Linden.

Ideal for those 12-18 or who've started puberty and beyond - no age limit. Women welcome even without their daughters.

*** Because this is mom and daughter event, only one person needs to register. $25 is total cost whether a single or pair. Handouts will be given with much of the info covered***
