Come enjoy an afternoon float with sound and Yoga Nidra.
Floating in the silks helps to decompress the spine. While Sound can release stress & tension, balance the chakras, boost energy, increase focus, reduce chronic pain, relaxing the muscles, allowing the body & mind to unwind, improve sleep & so much more!
No aerial experience is required 😉
