Cookies and Conversation

The Sierra Club is inviting all to its meeting at the Universalist Unitarian Church, Wednesday, September 17, 6:30-8:00. "Cookies and Conversation" will talk about Clean Energy and how wind and solar projects can benefit communities like ours while making for a cleaner environment. It will answer questions about land use, safety, and environmental safeguards. Hear a presentation by Cindy Shepherd, Energy Builder Director for Faith in Place whose focus is making sure communities understand and share in the benefits of clean energy projects. And yes, there will be cookies!
Doors open at 6:00 and the meeting starts at 6:30.
