At Central Illinois Resource Center Inc., we believe that real change begins with open and honest conversations. Our Community Roundtables provide a safe and welcoming space for residents, leaders, and organizations to come together and discuss the issues that matter most in Central Illinois.
These gatherings are designed to:
Listen and Learn – Give every voice in the room the opportunity to be heard.
Build Connections – Create stronger relationships between community members, nonprofits, civic leaders, and service providers.
Identify Solutions – Collaboratively explore strategies to address challenges such as mental health, food insecurity, homelessness, elder care, and youth support.
Take Action – Turn discussion into action steps that can improve the quality of life across our seven-county service area: Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, Fulton, Knox, McLean, and Sangamon Counties.
All roundtables are free and open to the public. Whether you are a community member with lived experience, a professional working in social services, or a leader seeking to make an impact, your perspective is valuable and welcome at the table.
Together, we can ensure that no voice is left behind in shaping a stronger Central Illinois.
