Chinese Medicine Acupuncture & Restorative Yoga

Chinese Medicine Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to naturally relieve total body inflammation and relax the mind. Acupuncture will be provided by husband and wife team Glenn and Genevieve of Laughing Tao Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine.
In this session, April will lead a gentle and relaxing Restorative Yoga practice, guiding you into a state of deep calm. During Savasana, you will receive 5 to 7 acupuncture needles and enjoy a deeper sense of peace surrounded by a healing community.
You will be asked to sign an informed consent before receiving acupuncture at this event. Acupuncture is optional.
Fee: $30 per person

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:

Laughing Tao is a Chinese medicine healing center that offers acupuncture in East Peoria. Their mission is to provide care that empowers people to walk their own unique path towards health and healing. They are a nonprofit healing practice. Glenn and Genevieve provide acupuncture at a reduced rate in their clinic for those committed to their health and in financial need. They also provide free acupuncture at local community events.
