Welcome to the 2025 CFNP CrossFit for Hope event! Get ready to sweat, lift, and support the kids of St. Jude. Join us for a day filled with a silent auction, friendly competition, and a supportive community of fitness enthusiasts. Whether you're a seasoned CrossFit pro or just starting out, this event is perfect for anyone looking to have fun and support their local community!

The Details

Competition:

There are two workout options for the competition. The first heat will start at 9 AM.

Just for fun: You can scale any of the movement standards. There are no prizes besides bragging rights.

Rx: No scaled options. The workout must be completed as prescribed. M/M or F/F teams only.

Kids: There will be a kids' workout! We will publish the work out closer to the event.

Cost

All proceeds, including ticket costs, go to St. Jude Children's Hospital. The price is $50 per team. Please click the 'Tickets' button to purchase tickets for this event.

The Silent Auction

You can bid on all silent auction items throughout the day. Bidding will close at the end of the last heat.

Time

Doors open at 8 AM with the first heat starting at 9 AM.

Parking

Please park across the street at the parking lot diagonally from the gym entrance. The lot is across the street from the PIPCO offices on Altorfer. Signage will direct you to parking off of Pioneer Park Way.

Extra

There is limited space for seating, but feel free to bring lawn chairs to sit on. There will be food and beverages for purchase.
