The FAN Club ~ Faith, Activity, and Nutrition Lifestyle

Dear Grace in the Desert Family,

We're excited to share that, in the coming weeks, our Health and Wellness Committee will be unveiling a new whole person health plan designed specifically for our congregation.

This easy-to-follow plan is called FAN, which stands for Faith, Activity, and Nutrition—three essential pillars that will guide us on our journey to better health together.

Our FAN plan will integrate key health principles aligned with our Health Message, reflecting the core values of our church.

We look forward to exploring these areas with you and supporting one another as we make small lifestyle changes to enhance our well-being.

Learn helpful evidence-based health tips that can give you an abundant life with Facts with Hope videos. These short videos discuss a range of health principles related to Faith, Activity and Nutrition.
