What we do
Sauna Arrival Ritual
We begin in the warmth of the wood-fired sauna with Bedouin herb-and-spice tea.
Gentle heat supports vasodilation, deeper breath and a regulated transition into movement. Preparing the body from the inside out.
Slow-Flow Practice in the Yurt
A fascia-focused, somatically informed yoga flow rooted in lineage yet guided by physiology.
Movement is breath-led, grounded and influenced by qigong and tai chi.
Alignment is informed by osteopathic principles. Creating space, not strain.
This is yoga where tradition meets science, and the nervous system is central to everything.

Who is guiding you — Dee
With 27 years of lineage-rooted self-inquiry, Dee has been shaped by teachers who embody presence, integrity and lived experience.
Her deepest interest is the nervous system — how regulation shapes perception, intimacy with self and access to deeper states of awareness.
Her teaching anchors in the body, not away from it.
Sustainable expanded states arise from physiological coherence, not intensity or force.
