Relaxing and reviving Soundbath Meditation, come and enjoy the wonderfully powerful vibrations from the Crystal and Tibetan bowls and Gongs.

Please bring a yoga mat/ something comfortable to lie on, a pillow and blanket (some are available).

Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortably setup.
