Full Moon Restorative Yoga

Join Amanda for restorative yoga class on the night of the Full Moon!

This deeply restorative and restful class will offer a gentle and slow warm up, followed by supported postures on the floor cradled by blocks, bolsters and blankets. Restorative yoga relaxes the mind and body, soothes the nervous system, can help reduce pain and improve sleep.

Each class will include a creative theme on the specific full moon & it's zodiac sign.

Cost is $15 per person, $5 off for Star/Mini Rockstar/Rockstar Members
