💧🔥There are so few places that women can feel safe to move and be free. This event is a sacred evening for women to be in connection to self, eachother and of course dance as you please to deep and dirty dance beats as we playfullly rewire our relationships with our sacral energies of emotion, sensuality, creativity and abundance.
💧🔥 This is the 7th time we are hosting this event, and we are so excited. This evening will be hosted by Emma, Heidi and Vaelei.
💧🔥You will be invited to explore movement in a way similar to ecstatic dance, that cover the range of movment from are sensual, silly, meditative, dirty and playful, and of course to experience the joy and freedom of dance in a safe environment with super fun beats!
💧🔥Why Dirty? Together, let's honor our feminine nature, as she dances unbound, powerful, and unapologetically free. In Women Who Run with the Wolves, the chapter titled "The Dirty Goddess" delves into the archetype of the wild, untamed feminine spirit that defies societal constraints. This chapter reminds us that there’s a part of every woman that revels in the gritty, unfiltered expressions of life.
💧🔥Why should you come? In Play by Dr. Stuart Brown, the science of play reveals that when we engage in playful activities, like dancing, we activate neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to form new neural connections and rewire itself.
💧🔥What to expect? In this class, we’ll begin with a thoughtful circle discussion of our unique to our sensuality, the word Dirty, and the calling in of sacral energies. Then, we dive into a guided dance journey, where movement and play become tools for transformation. As we journey through the evening of dance, we’ll set our intentions for new beliefs to embody, letting the act of dance and play help rewire our connection to prosperity.
💧🔥BRING: Blindfold or lightweight scarf or bandana & water bottle.
💧🔥What to Wear? Dress in whatever makes you feel like your most favorite self on that day.
💧🔥No dance experience needed. This dance evening is it's OWN flavor of ecstatic dance, but it can be helpful to read the description of ecstatic dance if you are new to this class. Ecstatic dance is a form of freeform, non-structured movement where participants move their bodies in response to music, without the need for choreography or judgment. It is often practiced in a space that encourages personal expression, mindfulness, and connection to the self or others. The practice is often seen as a form of meditation, self-and exploration.
💧🔥Ticket Pricing Note: No one will be turned away for lack of funds, please message one of us if you'd like to come and we will make this possible. We have our asking ticket price at 25$, but have now included Pay What You Can option, where you can enter the amount for you.
