Latin Dance

Join us at SOICS for a beginners introduction to Latin dancing!

Come experience the high energy, quick footwork, and rhythmic hip movement while you move your body to vibrant Latin beats.

Hosted every Wednesday from April 9, 2025, Latin dance is a fun way to improve your balance, and co-ordination while exercising.

This class will have a lot of movement, so please remember to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing with closed toe shoes -- heels are not required.

**No experience necessary!**
