Online Family Support Group

You are not alone. Please join us for our free weekly online Family Support Group, where a small group of families, significant others and friends of a loved one with a mental illness which may or may not include a substance use disorder meet online. The group meets weekly on Thursdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm via Zoom.

Find the encouragement, reassurance, and compassion you need on this shared journey. This group is open to individuals living in the South Okanagan-Similkameen.
