This class is designed to guide you on a powerful journey toward strength, flexibility, and renewal.
Embark on a journey of self-discovery with a gentle Vinyasa style yoga designed to kick start your practice! (Think: Cat/Cow, Plank to Cobra, Up dog/Down dog..Repeat!) Whether you're brand new to yoga or your in need of a nice warm up! You will experience an inviting space for movement and release. Let’s take this time to “press play” and move our beloved vessels to a fun playlist and good company.
With each flow, you’ll move with grace, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth. As you restore, the power of your breath will lead you to a place of balance and tranquility.
Every stretch, every breath, and every movement is a step toward becoming the strongest and most centered version of yourself. Come ready to unlock your potential and leave feeling restored from the inside out.
Let’s not forget the best part! In this class, as well as celebrating movement, we honor your restoration. You will certainly experience the luxury of stillness through KaCe’s cozy Shivasna experience. Sealed with a scalp and temple massage.
