Wine and Dine: A Wine and Food Pairing Class

Ready to level up your wine game and have a great time doing it?

This isn’t your average wine class. This is a laid-back, hands-on workshop that demystifies the magic behind food and wine pairings. You’ll learn why certain combos sing — like why creamy cheeses love crisp whites, or how spice plays with sweetness — through guided tastings and real-time flavor experiments.

We’ll explore 4 expertly curated pairings along with a “mix & match” session where you’ll test how salt, fat, acid, and spice can totally transform your wine experience. It’s fun, social, and packed with aha moments.

And just when you think you’ve got it down, we’ll throw in some curveball pairings to prove that wine brilliance doesn’t have to be fancy.
