This class brings inspiring shooting ideas aimed at helping photographers overcome creative blocks and rediscover their passion for photography. Whether you're feeling stuck or just looking for a fresh perspective, Jeff aims to reignite your creativity and get you back behind the camera with purpose.
You'll explore a variety of approaches including self-assignments, which challenge you to create meaningful work on your own terms. The class also dives into shooting on spec—offering tips on how to create work for potential clients or publications without a formal assignment. These exercises help build your portfolio and refine your personal style.
In addition, you'll find suggestions for unique places to shoot, along with inventive ways to approach familiar subjects. From urban environments to quiet landscapes, the course encourages you to look at the world through a new lens. With a mix of practical advice and creative prompts, it's designed to keep your photography fresh, fun, and forward-moving.
