Join me for a grounding and restful experience designed to support all parts of the bodymind.
This workshop blends gentle yoga flows, yin yoga, progressive muscle relaxation (PMR), and yoga nidra — all offered through a compassionate, IFS-informed lens.
We’ll begin with gentle movement to help you arrive in your body, followed by yin poses to slowly unwind tension and support ease of movement by freeing up the body’s connective tissue network. Progressive muscle relaxation will soften you into deeper release, preparing you for the stillness of yoga nidra — a guided, lying-down meditation that brings you to the threshold between waking and sleep.
Throughout the practice, you’ll be invited to notice and welcome various “parts” of yourself — physical sensations, emotions, or inner voices — with curiosity and care. This IFS-informed approach supports a more integrated and healing experience, especially during the yoga nidra portion, when the inner landscape is most accessible.
Please dress comfortably and feel free to bring extra layers, blankies, eye pillows, cozy socks, or anything else that helps you feel at ease while lying down for an extended time. A light meal beforehand is recommended.Peace to All Parts - An IFS-Informed Gentle, Yin, and Yoga Nidra Workshop

*For those unfamiliar with "IFS"-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic model which invites us to form more compassionate relationships with the different “parts” within us — such as emotions, inner voices, or protective patterns. In this workshop, this perspective will gently inform how we guide awareness, connection, and inner healing.
