KIDS: Creative Movement (Ages 5-10)

Goal: Encourage imagination and body awareness through creative dance & stretches.

Structure: Start with a gentle warm-up, Then move into “free flow” dance time, where kids express how they feel through dance. Incorporate animal movements (e.g., frog jumps, snake slithers, butterfly spins) to link the body and nature. End with a calming cool down stretch.

Benefits: Enhances flexibility, creativity, and mindfulness, while building coordination and balance.

Drop-off is available for this age range, but parents are welcome to stay on-site or even join in on the fun.
