Aerial- Targeted Conditioning Workshop / Open Studio

Struggling with a specific skill on silks or hoop? Want to learn targeted conditioning and set up a practice plan?
This is the workshop for you.

Nikki will help you reach your goals, such as bumping from beginner to intermediate skills, nailing that invert, or developing a cross-training plan for extra conditioning during the week when you don't have an apparatus available.

You may also use this time for open studio practice.
Nikki will bounce around from student to student helping everyone as needed.

90 minutes
$20 plus a $5 silk rental fee may apply
