Spa Retreat Day

Join us for our very first Women Uncovered Retreat Day! A full day to set aside for yourself: relax, disconnect from your normal life, and come on a journey of self-discovery.

We will spend the day doing a variety of movement workshops, including yoga, dance, and burlesque. These are suitable for all abilities, no experience is necessary.

You will be led in short meditations, and discussions around empowerment, body confidence, and self-worth.

Breakfast will be available on arrival, and a vegetarian lunch will be provided to share together. Please let us know of any dietary requirements.

The last part of the day will be spent relaxing in the wonderful Spa Soma, making the most of the sauna, hot tub, and pool.

The retreat is a long 9hr day, which gives us time to fully immerse ourselves, letting go of outside pressures, stresses, and responsibilities. We don't often allow ourselves real time and space that we need and deserve.
