About the event

Autumn Term T'ai Chi Classes

We are Chris and Rachel Simpson and we have been doing TaiChi since the 1980s . Beginners are welcome to join us and learn our Form and Dance movements as well as some partner work to apply and learn the philosophy of Tai Chi . We also do Taoist Yoga and breathing exercises so come and find out more .
