The last KCA International Guitar Series concerts of 2025 take place at the end of November, with a welcome return visit to Cornwall by the eminent Hungarian classical guitarist, teacher and festival director Dr. Sándor Papp.
Dr. Papp is currently Dean of the Béla Bartók Music Faculty of Miskolc University in Hungary, and is a former finalist at the celebrated Paris International Guitar Competition.
Known across Europe for his nuanced, sensitive interpretations, he brings a new programme to Cornwall featuring a wealth of music from the 18th to 20th centuries – including favourites by Barrios, Giuliani, Sor, Torroba and Villa Lobos.
