We can intentionally bathe in this down pouring of light, opening to receive healing and creating transformative shifts in our lives. It's a magical time for manifestation.
Kundalini Dance™ is a tantric shamanic practice where you can authentically express your body and soul through movement, breath, and sound. Over the course of 3 weeks, will dancing with the heart chakra, the higher heart chakra (thymus chakra) and receiving light through our crown chakra into the entire chakra system. In each session we dive deep into an alchemical transformational process clearing old patterns and energetic blockages, and inviting an inner marriage of Divine Union of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within.

Shilly has been ordained as a Kundalini Dance Priestess by Leyolah Antara, the founder of Kundalini Dance™ and has been teaching Fusion Belly Dance & Sensual Embodiment Workshops since 2019 in Cornwall.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As this work requires a reasonable level of emotional maturity, the minimum age is 21 years. This is not a 1:1 therapy, but a transformational dance practice, so it may not be suitable if you are currently experiencing mental health difficulties.
