South Coast & Highlands Olaves invites you to join us for a beginners' white-water rafting adventure!
🚣♀️ Where: Penrith Whitewater Stadium, McCarthy's Lane, Cranebrook
📆 When: 10 January 2026
⏰ Time: 10:30 to 12:30 for rafting.
Once we are dry and changed and dry again, we will have a picnic lunch together at the venue for anyone that is interested (so may not finish until 1:30 or a little later).
💰 Cost: $160pp (If we get a boat of 8+, the cost goes down to
$130, so I will refund $30 to those that have already paid.)

* Secure footwear such as runners or sports sandals that will stay on in rough water (NO thongs, crocs or barefoot)
* Clothes to get wet in e.g. swimmers, long sleeves, long pants
* Sunscreen
* Towel
* Dry change of clothes and shoes
* Personal medication (e.g. EpiPens, asthma inhalers, sweets for diabetics, etc) - you must inform your guide of any medical condition
* Packed lunch so we can eat together after our trip, if you wish to stick around for a bit
