Menopause Practitioner course

Join our menopause practitioner course starting on the 17th September. This 6 month course includes 6 in person training days in our cosy therapy room at BH Holistics. A fast track option is available , just get in touch.
Learn about the menopause journey from perimenopause to post menopause , understand the hormonal imbalance that we experience which can create a huge amount of different symptoms, and discover how we can help ourselves and others through this time, which doesn't all end once we reach post menopause.
This course is for all women, to understand yourself, help other women as a therapist, practitioner or as a work champion to help women in the workplace.
Everyone should know and understand the menopause as we all know someone who will be going through it, this could be you, your mum, a daughter, friend or partner.
