Format will be two rounds of pack rush (blind) followed by deck construction and then a round of swiss.
Proposed schedule
5:00 - 5:10pm Player briefing
5:10 - 5:40pm Pack rush round 1 (blind - 2 packs)
5:50 - 6:20pm Pack rush round 2 (blind - 2 new packs)
6:30 - 7:00pm Deck construction (2 new packs plus 4 from pack rush - 6 total)
7:10 - 8:00pm Swiss round (best of 3).
