Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Penrith Rugby Club Inc. will be held as follows:

Presentation of reports
Presentation of financial statements
Election of Office Bearers and Directors

Nominations for positions must be made in writing and signed by two (2) voting members of the Club and the nominee.
