Yoga Basics

After the excesses and stresses of the festive season, treat your mind, body and soul to this six week introduction to Yoga with British Wheel of Yoga certified teacher, Richard Fowler.

You can book the full 6-week course for £45, including a Home Practice Guide and accompanying audio & video practice materials.

Choose between morning sessions (10-11am), evening sessions (7-8pm) or any combination of the two.

Over this six week course, we'll cover the basic principles of yoga to help you develop your own practice and enjoy the benefits of yoga:
* Improved strength and flexibility
* Reduced physical aches and pains
* Improved concentration
* Reduced stress

Classes include poses (asanas) and sequences, with special attention paid to correct alignment, plus pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation and a little bit of yoga philosophy too.
