Choose between morning sessions (10-11am), evening sessions (7-8pm) or any combination of the two.
Over this six week course, we'll cover the basic principles of yoga to help you develop your own practice and enjoy the benefits of yoga:
* Improved strength and flexibility
* Reduced physical aches and pains
* Improved concentration
* Reduced stress
Classes include poses (asanas) and sequences, with special attention paid to correct alignment, plus pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation and a little bit of yoga philosophy too.
