A weekend of yoga and walking for rejuvenate and nurture yourself, with Yoga Teacher and Mountain Leader Richard Fowler.
As well as a total of six yoga, pranayama and meditation sessions, this weekend retreat also offers two separate walks: one taking you through some of Eryri National Park’s most picturesque areas, the other taking in the Wales Coast Path, both offering a chance to explore the natural beauty, culture and heritage of this special part of the world.
Accommodation is at Tŷ Newydd Writing Centre, with sessions taking place in Llanystumdwy’s village hall, a five-minute stroll down a leafy lane.
This weekend retreat is suitable for all levels, including absolute beginners.
The organisers do not offer transportation to and from the start points of the walk, but we do encourage car sharing amongst attendees.
