This 3-hour morning workshop will focus on the chakra system and pranic anatomy, and will include:
* an extended asana (posture) practice, with poses focusing on the seven main chakras, contributing to physical, emotional and spiritual balance;
* a pranayama practice working with the breath and simple mudras (hand gestures) to influence the flow of prana (vital life force), around the body, inducing physical and mental stability, and a deep, calming connection with the breath;
* working with the mantra Om; and
* a closing guided meditation.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to seasoned yogis
