Climb one of Eryri's most loved yet surprisingly quiet peaks, known by many as the "Matterhorn of Wales" because of it's distinctive profile, yet only 689m high. Ascending directly from the village of Croesor, this circular walk promises rugged landscapes, incredible panoramic views from Cnicht's summit and a wealth of heritage.
This walk is perfect for those wanting to get off the beaten track and avoid the crowds, exploring the best of what Eryri (Snowonia) has to offer. The route takes in a mixture of good tracks and paths plus some off-path sections.
